Refund Policy
1. Overview
Refund eligibility depends on the product type and whether the advisory content has been delivered.
2. One-time purchases
Daily, season-pass, and fight-card purchases are generally non-refundable once the corresponding content has been published or SMS alert sent.
3. Recurring subscriptions
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the current paid period.
4. Postponed events
If an event is postponed or cancelled and no advisory content was delivered, the corresponding purchase will be credited or refunded.
5. Disputed charges
Please contact us before filing a payment dispute. We resolve the vast majority of issues directly.
6. Process
Refund requests must be submitted via the contact form. Allow 5–10 business days for processing.
7. Discretion
Refunds outside this policy may be granted at our discretion and do not constitute a waiver of the policy.
