By accessing or using Capanelli Sports Consulting ("Capanelli", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older where applicable for sports advisory content, and reside in a jurisdiction where access to such content is permitted.
3. Membership and access
Membership grants access to advisory content, picks, breakdowns, and SMS alerts according to your selected tier. Recurring subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your member account.
4. Nature of content
All content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. No outcome is guaranteed. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
5. Payment and refunds
All prices are in USD. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Failed payments may suspend access until resolved.
6. Acceptable use
You may not redistribute, resell, scrape, or republish any Capanelli content. Member accounts are personal and non-transferable.
7. Intellectual property
All content, marks, and materials are owned by Capanelli or its licensors and protected by applicable law.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capanelli's aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding three months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Capanelli is organized, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
